We’ll organize and categorize your transactions, reconcile bank and credit accounts, generate monthly financial statements and manage your chart of accounts. We bill based off of a predetermined fixed monthly amount so there are no surprises!

Tax Preparation

We make tax season easy and stress-free. We handle all your filings, ensure everything is accurate, and give you a clear understanding of your tax picture for the year. Plus, we provide estimated quarterly tax payments for the following year!

Catch-Up & Cleanup Projects

If you’re behind or your books need a little TLC, we’ll clean up the mess, get everything current, and rebuild your records the right way. You’ll walk away with accurate books, clean reports, and a system you can trust!

How much does bookkeeping cost?

Pricing depends on transaction volume, number of accounts, and complexity. I offer fixed monthly packages so you always know what to expect. Most monthly bookkeeping clients range from $300 – $500/month (depending on factors mentioned above).

Do you work with QuickBooks Online?

Yes — QBO is my primary platform. I can help set it up, clean it up, and maintain it!

How often do you update my books?

I log into your QuickBooks account at least once per week to categorize transactions. I don’t wait until the month is over. I do this so that if I have questions, you don’t have to try and remember what a transaction was for from a month ago!

Do you only categorize transactions?

No! In addition to categorizing all of your transactions, I reconcile all of your bank/credit card accounts, prepare your financial statements and manage your chart of accounts.

Can you also prepare my taxes?

Yes! I offer tax preparation for all my bookkeeping clients. Because your books stay accurate and up-to-date all year, tax season becomes smooth, predictable, and stress-free — no surprises!

For non-bookkeeping clients, we may be able to accommodate a small number of individual tax returns depending on our workload.

Hi, I’m Jarrod, a Certified Public Accountant, husband, and dad who knows firsthand how stressful it can be to juggle work, family, and finances. I started Mick CPA with one goal in mind — to take the financial pressure off hardworking people and small business owners so they can focus on what truly matters.

After more than a decade in accounting, I’ve seen it all — the late nights, the tax-time panic, the business owners drowning in spreadsheets just trying to stay afloat. I get it. That’s why I believe good accounting isn’t just about balancing numbers; it’s about bringing peace of mind to the people behind them.
